Confidentiality Clause for Email Communications

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Italian legislation on personal data protection, all email communications exchanged with Emiliano Russo’s photography studio are strictly confidential and private. The dissemination, publication, sharing, or unauthorized use, in whole or in part, of the content of such communications by the recipient or any third party is prohibited without the studio’s explicit prior consent.

In particular, potential clients engaging in correspondence with the studio are not authorized to disclose any information contained in emails, regardless of the outcome of the business negotiation. Any violation of this clause may be pursued in the appropriate legal venues, within the limits permitted by current legislation, with the request for substantial compensation for damages suffered.

Furthermore, any attempt to use the content of email communications as a means of pressure, blackmail, or intimidation to obtain more favorable contractual conditions or to damage the reputation and operations of the studio will be considered a serious violation of confidentiality regulations and may be subject to legal action aimed at protecting the interests of Emiliano Russo’s photography studio.

In case the law is violated as mentioned above, our lawyer will store the data that might be used in a legal action.
