Located a few kilometers from Rome, La Posta Vecchia Italy is now a hotel with 19 suites. The villa, dating back to 1640, belonged to the Orsini princes and was used by them as the “guest house”.
In 1960 it was bought by Jean Paul Getty, who restored it, bringing it back to its former glory, and furnished it with 17th century furniture, tapestries and paintings.
